Degee trained with acclaimed photographer Alex Mustard, and now brings his own signature, studio-like style to underwater shoots. He spends hundreds of hours in the water with the animals he photographs, gaining their trust. He strives to bring out the beauty in creatures that most people might not ordinarily consider beautiful.
His unique approach has earned him international recognition; in 2020, he earned five prestigious photography awards, including Underwater Photographer of the Year and GDT European Wildlife Photographer of the Year.
